This really isn't a review, just a silly question...
Could it be possible that the writers here haunted the same kind of fanfictions as I did? Seriously, how else would you explain that I got hurt! vulnerable! manhandled! pretty! and badass! Dean - all of which are my favorite "kinks" - in one episode? The only thing missing was a protective!Sam. But with the writer who coined the phrase "the epic love story of Sam and Dean" helming the show, I'm certain that'll come in due time.
I know Sam is a little hard to swallow (no pun intended) at the moment. However, as far as I'm concerned, the only Sam I don't like is the righteous! vulnerable! whiny! limp! Sam. So even when he acts douchey right now, I enjoy the drama. Besides, who can deny he wasn't a sexy badass bastard here?!
I'm a happy fan!girl this week.
But I have a couple of more questions for my eagle-eyed flist: did anyone of you get that weird vision/hallucination thing Dean had? All I got was it may have something to do with twins, or pairs of twos. I kept having this feeling that I've seen that guy who appeared to the little girls before, only I can't remember where or when. What do you think? Do you think he's the Alpha? But then who's that bald guy who appeared on the balcony after Dean came out of his spell? I could've sworn Dean hadn't encounter that dude in the nest until that moment. Was he the Alpha?
When Dean said the Alpha was communicating with the vamps using psychic power, my mind went Aha! I know Sam's psychic ability went away after he killed Lilith, but I wonder if it was gone for good. Could it be back when Sam came back this time? If so, I wonder if it wasn't Sam who psychically stunned the vamps when the lead vamp dude had Dean in his grasp. Because it really didn't make sense to me why the Alpha would save Dean by putting all the vamps to sleep in the nick of time, unless he happened to choose that moment to deliver his psychic message. That's one heck of a coincidence.
One last question: is there one Alpha for every type of monsters out there, or one Alpha for all of them. At first, my assumption was the former, but now I'm not so sure anymore.
