Driving anywhere in convoy is always difficult, especially in a foreign country! Loved how you all took the wrong turn! The beach sounds more fun than the casinos though.
So very true! It was very funny that after being separated, we all converged at the same point after we simultaneously took the wrong turn. I think my friends agreed the beach was more fun than the casinos, which made me feel extremely guilty--we relaxed on the beach while they were looking for us.
Monaco is the most fun to watch because they race through the streets, it's just mad. The UK Grand Prix circuit is not far from where I live.
I never knew Monaco's Grand Prix course was on the actual street until this trip. My first reaction after I found out was thinking how mad this is! It would've been fun, especially for the boys to see perhaps the practice runs these racers conducted in the next couple of days. But it was too much a hassle to get to the city after the roads were closed down. Do you go to see the UK Grand Prix then? It must be very exciting to watch!
In reply to your question, my husband isn't a professional but photography is his hobby, he's taken courses and uses different lenses etc. He was very pleased when I reported your comment to him!
