To me, Dean's ( or rather, Jensen's ) best comedic moment was the one when he said silkwood shower. His face omg, that was absolutely PRICELESS. I could give him an Emmy just for that alone.
And Jensen's best dramatic/angsty moment - the one when he was hallucinating and twitching and talking to himself. That was awesome.
