Haaa...I was surprised too when found out that Dr Erica only lives in Dean's head. For a while I thought Dean was really crazy. But then, it's supposed to be the effect of the rathe/wraith(?). So, yeah, Dean is crazy, like he said himself, but not that crazy.
My favorite moment of course when Sam flicked Dean's nose and said "Boop!" Oh my! That's not Sam and Dean, that's Jared and Jensen!
