Thanks! I grabbed both! :b They are both so beautiful, especially the "Splendor in the Grass" one. I can't believe I'm the first one to comment on it though, as it is so beautiful and befitting. So, a big thanks for letting me use it! {{hugs}}

what do you think about JB's "this season will probably be our last" comment? I was about to burst into tears when I heard it.

I think JB must've gotten strong hints from the producers that they were thinking on this line. It's really sad--I hate to see the show end. What am I going to watch?! *whine* I only want to get my "Apollo fix" every week! ;)

Seriously, I think due to scifi's scheduling, the long hiatus in between the seasons is what's reducing the fanbase here and causing the lower ratings, which I believe leads to studio being jittery about a season 5. I also wonder if studio may be uneasy about the producers/directors/actors' commitments with the show. We've heard blurbs already about these other projects they are developing and involving with, I think studio may take that as a sign that things are winding down.

I've always known this series has an end, I just hope that it will end on the producer's term rather than the studio's. Storywise, I think reaching Earth is going to be the end point for the series, and the RTF is getting closer and closer to the "promised land". Maybe that's the reason RDM and DE are contemplating ending the story in season 4.

In Maelstrom's podcast, RDM had referred to the story entering its third act. This had worried me at the time because, correct me if I'm wrong but, three act plays are very common nowadays--first the introduction, second the darkest where the antagonists gain the upper hand, and third the resolution where the protagonists prevail.

Of course, Ron could have planned a more traditional five acts play for BSG, with each season being an act for the story. If that's the case, I sincerely hope RDM and DE will champion for a season 5 instead of condensing it with season 4. I don't know what I'm saying anymore--I'll take a leaf out of JB's page by saying I'm rambling really...
