Ah, so I'm not the only one experiencing this then. At least you get the update in your LJ inbox. I checked my account settings, and everything is set what it should have been, except it's not doing what it promises.

It's been like this for me for awhile now. I don't know how long it's going to take LJ to fix this this time.
