I read a bit about the viewing party over on the Skiffy forum. A few fans were in attendance. Jamie showed up a little late, during a slide show that preceded the episode. When the lights came they sang him "Happy Birthday". Since his birthday was the day before, the viewing party also served as a birthday party for him.
